Our Uncle Sam hat is made with crushed velvet top and brim with lycra stripe crown fabric. The crown is 8" high and the brim is 2.5" wide. The blue velvet band has 1.75" stars. The hat is heavy duty laminated cardboard with additional glue applied while laminating the fabric to the brim. These are quality hats that hold up to everything but heavy rain. Made in USA.
